Lay-Z Chili and Cornbread

1 can Brookdale Chili (from Aldi or any chili you like)
1 box Jiffy Cornbread (from Aldi)  (I use GF cornbread)
1 egg (or 1 tsp ground flaxseed and 3 T water)

8x8 pan  (you can do a 9x13 if you switch the chili to three cans and 2 boxes of Jiffy and eggs/milk to adjust for size)

Preheat oven at temp on box.  Prepare cornbread with milk and egg).  Pour chili in pan, spread cornbread on top.  Bake according to cornbread instructions.

BOOM!  Cornbread and chili in the same pan :)  Yum!

Extras: cheese, corn, green onion, jalepenos, etc. as mix-ins into cornbread before baking
