-3 cans chicken broth (or equivalent water/bouillon)
-2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
-one onion, chopped
-one celery rib, chopped
-1 can chicken (Aldi has some for cheap) or leftover chicken
-8 oz fettuccine
-2 C water
Cook all together, except the noodles until veggies are tender crisp. Add noodles and cook according to package. Season with salt and pepper.
I've read some people cook cornbread to eat with this soup.
