Tater Tot Casserole

-hamburger meat or ground turkey
-can of cream of mushroom soup (GF/soy free recipe here)

-tater tots

Grind up your meat and drain it.  Mix in the soup and if too thick, add a little milk.  Mix in the cheese (or top with it).  Throw some tator tots on top.  Bake at 350° for about 35-40 minutes.

You can add sour cream to the top if you feel like it.
