-oats (your choice: instant, rolled, Scottish, steel cut, etc. all depends on how much money you have to spend)
-water or juice
Now, you can make your oats and top with maple syrup and milk (my favorite!). OR you can use juice (apple, peach, blueberry, etc.) instead of your water to give a real flavor kick. Then you can add in real fruit (canned or fresh or thawed) for a nutritious punch!
